Bertucci's has introduced a gluten free menu in cooperation with the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG)!! For my loves who still eat meat, there are several options, including shrimp, seafood, chicken, and filet mignon. Personally, I love tapas dining, which is small plates of tasty little yums. Variety is key, and 2-3 plates per person is more than plenty. The menu features many vegetable side dishes that I would eat tapas style with a glass (or 2 or 3) of wine! To me, the most tempting is the Tuscan Roasted vegetables:
"Brick oven-roasted peppers, artichokes, zucchini, eggplant, broccoli, diced tomatoes and roasted garlic."
Additionally, my little sweet-toothed lovers, there is a gelato and "Chocolate Budino," which is a chocolate mousse. Perfect for a gluten free vegetarian. It seems most of these options can be completely vegan as well!
